The City of Melbourne 2025 Childcare Ebike Program is now open to families with children enrolled in childcare centres within the City of Melbourne. Enjoy hassle-free school drop-offs and pick-ups with an electric bike—skip the traffic, avoid parking stress, and make commuting fun.

Eligibility:
- You cannot have been a subscription service customer with Sparque in the past 6 months.
- You must have one or more children aged at least 12+ months currently enrolled at a participating childcare centre within the City of Melbourne.
- Agree to the Ebike Subscription Service provider’s terms and conditions.
